REFUND POLICY
1. Introduction and Scope of the Policy
This Policy outlines the procedures and conditions related to the return, refund, and exchange of products purchased from the She-Fancy Website. Given the nature of our products (cosmetics, beauty materials, personal care, skincare, haircare, nail care, and accessories), we apply the conditions set forth in this Policy to ensure the safety and quality of the products for all our customers.
Important Note: This Policy is an integral part of the She-Fancy Website's Terms and Conditions without prejudice to what is stated therein. Important Note: The words and definitions contained in Clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions are used in this Policy.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Return and Refund
Return and refund requests are accepted based on the following conditions:
A. Return Period the User must submit a request to return the product(s) within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receiving the order. The User forfeits their right to return any product after this period has elapsed.
B. Returnable Products and/or Condition of the Product to be Returned Due to User's Change of Mind After Receipt If the product(s) arrive to the User defective, damaged, or different from the order, the User has the right to return the product and submit a return request.
In the event of a product return due to the User's change of mind after receipt, the conditions for accepting the product return in all cases are as follows:

Product Must Be Unused and Unopened: The product must be in its original condition exactly as received, unless the User received the product opened or damaged, in which case the User must prove the damage and/or that they did not open the product.

Original Packaging Must Be Intact: The product must be in its original packaging, and all security seals must be intact and not tampered with by the User. The manufacturer's labels must be undamaged and not removed.

User Must Provide Proof of Purchase: The original purchase invoice or any other proof of the purchase transaction must be attached.
C. Non-Returnable Products The following products are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. This is due to health and general hygiene reasons, as the purchased products are related to personal care:

Any product that has been opened, used, or tested (such as lipstick, mascara, skincare products in unsealed containers).

Products that the Website is clearing out or offering at a discount.

Gift cards or digital products.
3. Procedures for Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange after all the above conditions have been met, you, as the User, must follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Logistics (Including Dropshipping)

Return Shipping Cost (Change of Mind): The User bears all return shipping costs for products returned due to a change of mind. We, as the Website, prefer that you, as the User, use a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Cost (Damage or Defect): If the return is due to an error by, She-Fancy (damaged, defective, or wrong product), She-Fancy will bear the return shipping cost, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Returning Dropshipping Products: Since some of the Website's products are shipped directly from external suppliers, you, as the User, must not send the product to the address shown on the original package. We, as the Website, will send the correct address to which the product should be sent (whether it is our local warehouse or the supplier's designated facility) after the return request is approved.
5. Refund Process

Inspection: Once the returned product is received and inspected (usually within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

We only offer exchanges for products that arrived to you, the User, damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you, as the User, wish to exchange a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow the return procedures outlined in Clause 3 and select "Exchange" as the reason for the request. We, as the Website, will ship the replacement product to you after verifying the issue.
