Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within a period ranging from 1 to 3 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays).

Shipping Confirmation: Once the User's order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number(s) and a link to track the shipment. As a User, you should wait 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company.

Split Shipments: Due to the Website's reliance on multiple supply sources (local stock and external suppliers), your order, as a User, may be shipped in several separate packages. You, as the User, will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Local Shipping: This is executed from She-Fancy's local stock, and the delivery process takes between 3 to 7 business days. This is the fastest option for locally available products.

Dropshipping: This shipping is conducted through external suppliers located in different countries, and the delivery process takes between 7 to 15 business days. Note that the shipping duration may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, international logistical delays, or any external factor for which we are not responsible.

Express Shipping (If Available): This shipping method is limited to products available in local stock only, with a delivery time of between 2 to 3 business days. The Website offers this option at an additional cost and is available for certain specified products.

Shipping Costs: Final shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed on the payment page, based on the weight, size of the products, and the shipping destination. Free shipping may apply to orders exceeding a certain value (as specified on the Website).

5. International Shipping and Customs Duties

Customs Duties and Taxes: You, as the User, are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any other fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid to She-Fancy.

Shipment Refusal: If you, as the User, refuse to receive the shipment due to customs fees, the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any incurred customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product Restrictions: It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the import laws of your country. She-Fancy will not be responsible for any confiscation of products by customs.

6. Loss, Damage, or Delay of Shipments

Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the User upon the package being handed over to the shipping company.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) and send clear photos showing the damage to the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the situation and take the necessary action in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy. The User acknowledges having reviewed the Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy without prejudice to what is stated in this clause.

Lost Shipments: If the User's shipment has not arrived after the estimated delivery time has passed, they must contact the Website. The Website will open an investigation with the shipping company. If the loss of the package is confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange to send a replacement or issue a full refund of the amount paid.
